Mission Trip
November 6 - 13, 2006
In November 2006, Cornerstone Church staff headed out to Douala, Cameroon, for the first time to work with Pastor Bernard Modo's church. We met Bernard in Los Angeles the previous Spring at a conference and we knew we were called to minister with him in Africa.
All of us who went on the trip were amazed at what we saw. Besides the dozens of healings we saw, the most life-changing part were the people we met. From Bernard, who has planted multiple churches throughout Cameroon and has plans for an orphanage, to his best friend Damien, who travels West-Central Africa preaching the Gospel, to Bishop Michael of Nigeria, who has fasted for 6 months, raised the dead, seen hundreds healed, planted hundreds of churches, and is experiencing revival in his nation. The trip was a huge success and we're excited to continue working with Bernard and his church in the future.
